President / CEO

Glenn Preslier

Glenn Preslier is the Founder and President of Business Asset Relocations Inc., bringing more than 30 years of leadership and operational experience in the commercial relocation industry. He founded BAR in 2010 with a vision to build a responsive, client-focused organization known for hands-on service, dependable execution, and long-term business relationships.

Under Glenn’s leadership, BAR has grown into a trusted commercial relocation partner serving clients across a wide range of industries. He remains closely involved in the strategic planning and delivery of major projects, attending key meetings, participating in move coordination, and working directly with clients and project teams to ensure expectations are clearly understood and successfully achieved.

Glenn works alongside Operations Manager Kevin Murray to oversee each phase of a project, from pre-move planning through final completion. His entrepreneurial approach, industry expertise, and commitment to service continue to shape BAR’s culture, strengthen client confidence, and support the company’s continued growth.

Kevin Murray

Kevin Murray serves as Operations Manager at Business Asset Relocations Inc., bringing more than 25 years of experience in the commercial moving and relocation industry. Since joining BAR, he has played a leadership role in planning and managing the company’s major relocation projects, working closely with owner Glenn Preslier to ensure each project is executed safely, efficiently, and according to client requirements.

Kevin oversees BAR’s field operations, including the management of movers, drivers, warehouse personnel, equipment, and project logistics. His hands-on leadership, extensive industry knowledge, and commitment to safety and quality help ensure that every project is completed with professionalism, precision, and minimal disruption to the client.

Administrative Manager

Shereeda Maragh

Shereeda Maragh serves as the Administrative Manager at Business Asset Relocations Inc., where she provides strategic support across executive administration, project coordination, vendor management, client relations, and corporate compliance.

With more than 25 years of experience, Shereeda is skilled at managing complex priorities in fast-paced environments where organization, communication, and attention to detail are essential. She oversees key administrative and compliance functions, coordinates internal and client-facing initiatives, supports proposal and marketing efforts, and helps ensure that projects, vendors, and operational requirements are managed efficiently.

Known for her proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills, Shereeda plays an important role in strengthening internal processes, supporting client engagement, and contributing to BAR’s continued growth and professional reputation.

Warehouse Manager

Bruno Dos Santos

Bruno has over 15 years experience in the moving and storage industry and been with BAR since its inception. He oversees the logistics, movement and storage of goods throughout the warehouse. Bruno is also in charge of creating and maintaining our client inventory of goods stored. To maintain compliance with BAR’s Green Efforts, Bruno reviews items that are to be disposed and earmarks them for either donations or recycling.

Sr. Project Manager

Brian Donoghue

Brian has over 25 years of experience in the moving industry. He has run large scale projects for our clients including: ABC\Disney\ESPN, Jefferies, JP Morgan Chase, CitiGroup, Macquarie, UBS, Bank of America, STARR Companies, Dior, Twitter, CBS, Carlyle Group. Brian is involved in the execution of the relocation plan; he is on the job-site for the first tagging all the way through to the last crate pick up.

Project Manager

Martin Bezman

Martin has over 20 years of experience in the moving industry and has been with BAR since our inception. Martin works with Brian to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed including tagging with the end users, hanging placards in the new location and hands on project management during the move phases. He is in charge of our day to day house accounts for ABC/Disney/ESPN, JP Morgan and Jefferies.

Project Manager

Tiasia Davis

Tiasia has been a foreman with our company for the last 8 years and is in charge of our day to day house accounts for Twitter, Bank of America , and Starr Ins Co. Tiasia works on all relocation phases ensuring that all equipment is packed correctly and their all contents are removed from origin and then un-packed & placed away in their correct locations.

Senior Foreman

Nelson Shoikhet

Nelson has over 20 years of experience in the moving industry and is a recent addition to our staff. He is in charge of our day to day house accounts for UBS Financial, Citibank and MacQuarie Bank. Nelson works with Tiasia to ensure that all aspects of the project are carried out correctly and safely.
